About CMD Academy
CMD Academy is a private hairdressing school located in Timmins Ontario whose mission is to teach students all the steps necessary to obtain their certificate and begin their career.
The registered private hairdressing program offers 1500hrs of theory and practical lessons to its students as well as many different services to the public at discounted rates. This permits students to have hands on training in the different aspects of hairdressing.
CMD Academy will offer its courses in English but will also have the option of French materials if needed. The instructors are bilingual in both French and English and are able to conduct the class fluently to accommodate all students. We offer 3 start dates; January, May & September with a maximum of 10 students per session.
We also have a wide range of products and styling tools available for sale at the school.

About Melissa
Melissa Morin Boucher has been certified as a cosmetologist since 1999. After completing 1500hrs at the Sudbury Regional Hairdressing School, Melissa worked successfully in various salons and managed SmartStyle Family Hair Salon. Melissa has lived in Northern Ontario her entire life.
